We're getting ever closer to travelling to Kandersteg in July 2024. You'll remember when you signed up, we said we'd need to collect more information from you - this is one of those occasions. Please use the link below to access your registration, and complete any empty fields.
On Saturday 8th July, 09:00-11:30, we'll be holding an extra pre-event for some of the younger attendees on the trip - this will be at Blacklands Scout Hut, in East Malling, and will be an opportunity for our younger attendees to get to know some of the leaders on the trip, and for us to get to know them, to hopefully get ahead of any issues they may have, and help make them feel more comfortable, ahead of our first pre-camp in October. We're going to need adult volunteers on Saturday 8th to help run activities, and to be a friendly face with those who are attending - please let us know whether you can make it when updating your registration, and we'll be in touch with more information soon.
We're asking for your passport information, so that we have everything we need, as we come to sorting insurance and travel arrangements - please add the passport number, expiry date, and upload a scan of the passport so that we can check it all over ahead of us needing the information. If the passport is due to expire, please still upload the old one, as this helps us to know the relevant information, and to check back in for the renewed passport. Please note: passports require three months validity after the date we leave Switzerland.
We're also asking for health and welfare information, to help us to start care planning - we'll be asking for this information to be reviewed and updated ahead of each pre-event, and also before the trip, so don't worry if it changes, just head back in and update it.
We've also enabled the payment balances to show in the registration portal, after a few requests to be able to see these. You'll see this as you click through, on the payments page. Remember, we reconcile payments manually, and we're a team of volunteers, so the balances will always be at least a day behind, if not anything up to a week.
Just a reminder, you'll always use the link below to access your registration, rather than logging into the website - this means you don't need to remember any passwords, and the secure link can be used any time.
