Adult Volunteer Update

Hi all,
We are pleased to confirm that you have a space as a leader/volunteer on the Kandersteg '24 trip with Malling Scouts!!

The trip may feel a long way off, but planning is well under way. For the moment, there are a few key points to share with you, however, we will be sharing more information over the coming weeks and months.

1. As your space is now confirmed, if you haven't already, a deposit payment is now due please. More information about payment methods can be found here, although the BACS option may be preferable given the fees incurred for Stripe card payments. If you wish to pay by BACS, please email us on this email to get a reference. Deposits are due by 31^st January, however, we appreciate this is short notice, so please do speak to us if this causes any concerns.
   
2. The total fee for adult volunteers is £600, we have set out a payment plan here, however, if this plan doesn't work for you then please do get in touch and we can tailor it. Equally if you wish to pay in larger instalments, that is also fine.
3. To bring you all up to speed on the trip plans and give you more information about the pre-events etc, we are holding a leaders' Zoom call in March. The links will be circulated nearer the time, but the 2 options (please join 1) available are:

• Wednesday 15^th March- 7.30pm
• Tuesday 21^st March - 7.30pm
