Permission to Travel

Hello,

We'll be off to Kandersteg in just over four months, and one thing we need to make sure is that we have permission for every under 18 to travel with us. We're using a Scouts template, and have built this functionality into the Registration Portal to cut down on paper forms flying about.

When you open up the form, the first page will show you the basic personal details for your child - this confirms that you're providing permission for the right child, as we have many families with more than one. When you click through to the next page, please make sure you read the text that you are agreeing to.

When you select how many people have parental responsibility for your child, the boxes for you, as 'Parent/Carer 1' will pop up, as well as a box below. If you have selected that only one person (you) has parental responsibility, a box will pop up for you to let us know any useful information around the circumstances behind this. If you select that two people have parental responsibility, a box will pop up for you to input 'Parent/Carer 2's email address, so that they receive a link to complete the form - this helps us to make sure that we have unique digital signatures from each person with parental responsibility.
