Ahead of pre-event 2, we're checking everyone's data. Even if you think/know nothing has changed, there's still an action for you to take. We need you to confirm data ahead of pre-event 2. To give us time to then process the data and make sure we have everything in place, please follow the link below and confirm the data we hold is accurate by Sunday 14 April. Even if nothing has changed, please click through to check that everything is filled out, and up-to-date, so that we don’t end up chasing.

The data we’re requesting:

Global Health Insurance Cards

• We've been banging this drum for a little while - now's the time to confirm if your child has a GHIC, and share the relevant information from that, so we have it on file. If they haven't yet got a GHIC, you can still complete the form, letting us know that they've not yet got it. That said, the deadline for sharing these with us is 30 April, so if you've not yet applied, please do.

Health and Welfare information:

• Check the information that you’ve provided so far. Is it complete? Has anything changed? Does it cover everything? Does it go into enough detail? If you have any questions, please get in touch with us, and we can set up a discussion with someone from the team.

Emergency Contacts

• Please make sure that they will be available during pre-event 2, and that at least one of them is not another attendee on the event.

Please complete the data entry/confirmation by Sunday 14 April – we cannot be sure our plans are final until everyone has completed their data – once everyone’s completed their data, we’ll be able to share final details about the pre-event, including drop-off details.
